摘要
建立了基于人工神经网络的地价趋势面分析模型,提出了基于该模型并结合可视化检视进行地价样点粗差检测的算法,实例验证了该方法的可行性。
A land trend analysis model based on artificial neural networks （ANN） is constructed. The algorithm and steps using this model in land price samples test and errors check is proposed. Wuhan city is employed as case study area and this method is verifed.
