摘要
文章研究了构建公共图书馆服务绩效评估指标体系的必要性和意义;分析了新加坡"七范式"和LibQUAL+TM各项指标;在参考国内外图书馆服务绩效评估的重要标准和指导方针基础上,提出了范式演变时期的公共图书馆服务绩效评估体系。
This paper firstly studied the necessity and significance of the building up of the service performance evaluation index system in public library; secondly, analyzes the "seven paradigms" of Singaporean and the parameters of LibQUAL+^TM; thirdly puts forward the service performance evaluation index system in public library at the time of paradigm evolving , on the basis of referencing the internal and external standardizations and guidelines.
