摘要
合成了一种锌离子荧光探针-8-(2′-萘磺酰)-胺基喹啉(NSQ),NSQ自身具有较弱的荧光,向NSQ溶液中加入Zn2+后,荧光增强5.7倍,并且生物体系中含量较多的碱金属或碱土金属离子几乎不干扰Zn2+的荧光.酵母细胞染色实验表明,NSQ可以对酵母细胞中的锌离子进行荧光显微分析.
N-(8-quinolyl) -β-naphthalene sulfonamide (NSQ) was synthesized. NSQ exhibited a high binding affinity and good fluorescence sensing ability to Zn^2+. Under the same conditions, several metal ions commonly present in a physiological environment, such as Na^+ , K^+ , Ca^2+ , Mg^2+ , Mn^2+, Fe^2+, and Co^2+, showed little interference to the fluorescence response to Zn^2+. The cell staining experiments showed that NSQ could be used for the imaging of Zn^2+ in yeast cells.
