通过对我院CT-C3000螺旋CT的维修记录进行统计分析,发现高压部分故障最多,占总故障的51%;床和床控机次之,占总故障的21%;再者是机架故障,占总故障的8%;剩余切片和数据采集系统(DAS系统)占总故障的10%;球管曝光35万次,除老化原因损坏外,整个使用过程中没有任何故障。并指出CT的定期保养对减少故障率有很大的作用。

Makes the statistical analysis of the maintenance record of our hospital CT-C3000 spiral CT and finds that high-voltage fail- ures occur mostly, about 51% of the total ones; secondary, bed and bed controlling machine failures, 21%; thirdly, the rack failure, 8%; The surplus slice and the DAS system failures, about 10%. CT tube exposes 350,000 times, without any failure excepting for aging. And points out that the periodic maintenance is great helpful to reduce the failure rate of CT.
