摘要
本文从我国房地产信托投资基金(REITs)发展的模式入手,提出了我国当前应优先发展契约型、封闭型、公募型和资金信托型的REITs,并对契约型、封闭型、公募型和资金信托型的REITs的运作模式进行了探讨。
The article started with the development model of our country' s real estate investment trusts ( REITs), then brought forward that we should first develop the REITs of contract, enclosed, public collection and fund trust. Meanwhile , it discussed the operation models about the REITs of contract, enclosed ,public collection and fund trust.
