中草药及其与寡糖配伍对肉鸡生产性能和免疫功能的影响 被引量:7

摘要 试验研究了中草药女贞子、五味子以及女贞子、五味子与葡萄糖甘露寡糖(MOS)配伍对肉鸡生产性能及免疫功能的影响。选择180只肉鸡公雏随机分为6组,空白组饲喂基础饲粮,抗生素组在基础饲粮中添加5mg/kg黄霉素,试验组分别在基础饲粮中添加1%女贞子、1%五味子、1%女贞子+0.5%甘露寡糖、1%五味子+0.5%甘露寡糖。试验从1日龄开始,试验期56d。结果表明:五味子+甘露寡糖在肉鸡生长中、后期能显著提高肉鸡的体增重(P<0.05);女贞子能提高肉鸡的ND抗体效价;各试验组均显著提高了鸡脾淋巴细胞在ConA诱导下的增殖反应(P<0.05)。说明中草药添加剂能够提高肉鸡的体增重、增强肉鸡的免疫功能。 Effects of Ligustrum Lucidum (LL),Schisandra chinensis (SC),mannaoligosaccharides (MOS)and flavomycin on growth performance and immunization of broilers were studied in the experiment.180 1-day-old broilers were randomly assigned into six groups.The control group was provided with basic diet, the antibiotic group was provided with basic diet supplemented with 5 mg/kg flavomycin.Other trial groups were provided with basal diet supplemented with 1% LL,1% SC,1% LL+0.5 % MOS,and 1% SC+0.5 % MOS.The broilers were fed the diets from 1-day to 56-day old.Results showed that SC+MOS could significantly improve performance of broilers in the middle and later period (P 〈 0.05).LL significantly increased antibody level.Lymphocyte proliferative responses to ConA were enhanced in all trial groups(P 〈 0.05).In conclusion,Chinese herb additive can improve growth performance and immunization of broilers.
