摘要
制备β-砜基黄原酸酯过程中应用HMPA可增强β-砜基醇锂的亲核性,使醇锂定量地转化为黄原酸酯.通过测定中间体β-砜基醇结构确证了β-砜基黄原酸酯非对映异构体的结构.
Application of HMPA in the preparation of β sulfonyl xanthates can improve the nucleophilicity of lithium β sulfonyl alcolate. Conversion of the lithium alcolates into xanthates can be quantitatively carried out. The configurations of β sulfonyl xanthates can be assigned by means of characterization of the corresponding intermediates: β sulfonyl alcohols.
