摘要
目的了解呼吸三通管的污染程度及医源性交叉感染情况。方法对高压氧治疗用呼吸三通管不同使用时间进行了细菌学调查。结果高压氧治疗用呼吸三通管在使用了1、3、5、7、10d后均存在不同程度的细菌污染。吸氧阀口管腔培养出6种31株细菌,占检出细菌株的10.6%;呼吸三通管相交三叉中点处培养出12种86株细菌,占检出菌株的29.6%;排氧阀口管腔培养12种174株,占59.8%。结论呼吸三通管及吸、排氧软管用含有效氯5%“84”消毒液,配制成1:200消毒溶液浸泡5~20min。用洗衣粉溶液擦洗,再用清水冲洗晾干,消毒效果满意,且对所消毒物品材料无损害,可安全使用。
Objective To investigate the pollution degree and medical-source cross infection of the breathing three-way tube. Methods The bacteriological survey was applied to breathing three-way tubes at different times during the hyperbaric oxygen therapy ( HBOT ). Results Breathing three-way tubes used in HBOT were polluted on the day 1,3,5,7,10 at different degree. 31 bacteria of 6 kinds were cultivated in aspirate oxygen valves ( 10.6% ) , 12 bacteria of 86 kinds in crossing trident mid point (29.6%) and 12 bacteria of 174 kinds in eduction oxygen valve (59. 8% ), respectively. Conclusions It is safe to use breathing three-way tube and aspirate in HBOT after concurrent disinfection.
