摘要
采用PWM控制器和MOSFET功率开关一体化的集成控制芯片是新一代开关电源设计的重要特点和趋势。本文介绍了一种采用TOP245Y集成芯片实现的开关电源。根据TOP245Y的特性给出了单端反激式开关电源的工程设计方法,对外围电路的设计进行了分析和讨论,并给出设计中的注意事项。
the integration controlling chip, which integrated PWM controller and MOSFET power, is the important features and trends of the new generation Switch Mode Power Supply (SMPS). This paper introduced a kind of method to implement the SMPS using TOP245Y. According to the TOP245Y characteristics, the paper provides a engineering method to design of single-flyback switch mode power supply circuit. It analyzes and discusses the external circuit, and gives attention to the design matters.
