摘要
本文叙述了一种低焦炭产率的渣油催化裂化催化剂的设计构思及研究开发结果,介绍了CC-16催化剂的物化性质和反应性能。由于该催化剂具有焦炭产率低的特点,在装置烧焦能力受限情况下,可较大幅度多掺炼渣油,为炼厂创造显著的经济效益。
The designing method and R & L results of a resid FCC catalyst (CC-16) with low coking tendencyas well as its physiochemical properties and reactivity are described. Due to its low coking tendency,CC-16 catalyst is able to process feedstocks with more resid when the coke burning ability of the plant islimited, thus results in more economic benefit for the refinery.
