视频监控业务正朝着第三方提供的公共系统发展,而标准化是目前面临的首要问题。本文描述了公共视频监控系统与终端的标准化现状,分析了在标准化过程中遇到的主要技术难点,并阐述了标准化的整体思路。
The visual surveillance （VS） services are developing toward third-party provided public services. Currently the standardization of public VS services is the first-line issue. This article describes the present status of the standardization of public VS services, analyses the primary technical difficulties, and describes the way of the standardization of VS.
