摘要
制备了CaO-P2O5系生物水泥样品,并研究了它的水化过程。用X射线衍射(XRD)和扫描电镜(SEM)分析和观察了不同组成的样品的结晶相和显微结构,测定了固结样品的力学性能。根据不同阶段的化学反应式,可以解释生物水泥的水化胶凝机理。羟基磷灰石形成一连续界石,其间仅混有少量小气孔。固化后的样品具有一定的强度和硬度。
Samples of CaO-P 2O 5 system biocement were prepared and the hydration process was studied.The crystalline phases and microstructure of these samples of different composition were identified and observed by X-ray diffraction and SEM.The mechanical properties of hardened samples were measured.The mechanism of hydration and cementation can be cited by some equations of chemical reaction involving in different stages.Hydroxy apatite formed a continuous boundaries but was mixed up with some small pores. The solidfied samples possessed a definite range of strength and hardness.
