摘要
运用XRD、DTA、化学分析,生料膨胀收缩等分析测试手段,研究了铜尾矿和铅锌尾矿及尾矿与氟硫复合矿化剂对生料易烧性的影响及其机理。结果表明,水泥生料中掺入尾矿明显地改善了生料的易烧性,如尾矿与氟硫共掺则效果更佳。并对系统中出现的中间过渡相———氟硫硅钙石进行了研究。当水泥生料中存在Al2O3、MgO及用工业原料和尾矿替代化学纯原料时,氟硫钙硅石的分解熔融温度从1267℃左右下降至968℃,并产生不一致熔融。
The effect and mechanism of the burnability of raw meal added copper tailing, Lead Zinc tailing and tailing and fluoride-sulphate mineralizers are studied by way of XRD DTA chermical analisis and expansion-shrinkage determination.The results show that the burnability of raw meal is greatly improved by adding the tailings.Besides, the imtermediate compound-3C 3S·3CaSO 4·CaF 2 is also studied. When Al 2O 3,Fe 2O 3,MgO and tailings exist in the system,the decomposing and melting temperature of 3C 3S·3CaSO 4·CaF 2 is decreased from 1250℃ to 968℃.
