摘要
本文研究了以SnO2为基础的半导体陶瓷,论及了其配方范围、工艺方法、各组分的影响关系以及性能特点等,指出该材料能满足航空点火系统点火的性能要求。
Semiconductive ceramics based on SnO 2 are studied in this paper. Their batch formula ranges,technological process,influential relations between batch components,performance and charcteristics etc.have been described. It is concluded that this material meets the ignition performance requirements of aircraft ignition stystem.
