Debating on "four waters"

提出由水、水利、水利人、水利工程组成的水利事业的广义架构,并从水文化学、水景观学、水生态学、水社会学角度,解读了"风水""活水""利水""得水"的价值观。

A broader framework of water undertaking composing of water, water management, people working for water and water structures is proposed. It also explains the values of “Fengshul, flowing water, benefiting water and getting water” from the respects of water culture water landscape, water geology and water sociology.
