摘要
由格氏试剂制备的新型JM复合载体催化剂对乙烯聚合具有很高的活性。着重考察了复合载体催化剂对乙烯聚合的催化活性及聚合产物堆密度的影响。
JM catalysts (Carrier/Mg/BuCl/TiCl 4) based on various carriers were synthesized to elucidate the effects of carrier on catalyst. SEM and X ray diffraction analysis indicated that supported catalyst had good flowability and higher content of amorphorlogical MgCl 2. The activity of the catalysts for ethylene polymerization and the bulk density (BD) of product were also examined. Silica gel carrier could create high BD product but reduce activity of the catalyst. JM catalysts were assessed using one of the two types of aluminum alkyls, triethylaluminium (TEA) and triisobutylaluminium (TIBA) as cocatalyst. The activity for ethylene polymerization was found to be in the following order in higher Al/Ti ratio: Et 3Al<iBu 3Al but Et 3Al>iBu 3Al in lower Al/Ti ratio, and the higher BD was got while using TIBA as cocatalyst.
