摘要
研究了PET与热致液晶聚合物(TLCP)VectraA900共混物初生纤维的结构与性能以及热处理对它的影响。结果表明,初生纤维的取向与力学性质受纺丝拉伸比和共混物组成的影响,尤其是TLCP含量在10%(质量)以上时,影响更为显著。X射线衍射结果证明,初生纤维基本为无定形结构。初生纤维最佳的热处理条件是在180℃处理2.5h,处理后纤维的结晶度提高,力学性能明显改善。
The structure and properties of the as spun fibers of PET blends with a thermotropic liquid crystalline polymer(TLCP), Vectra A900, has been studied. The annealing effect has also been examined for the as spun fibers. The results show that the orientation and the mechanical properties of the as spun fibers are strongly dependent on both the draw down ratio and the composition, especially for the blends with TLCP content up to 10 mass%. The WAXS results reveal a nearly amorphous state for the as spun blend fibers. An optimum annealing effect was attained at 180 ℃ for 2.5 h, from which an increase in crystallinity, consequently, a significant improvement of the mechanical properties was achieved for the as spun fibers.
