摘要
研究了不锈钢纤维含量对HDPE和ABS基复合材料性能的影响,实验结果发现,用脂肪酸类表面处理剂ZHX和表面活化剂HZ处理不锈钢纤维后,可明显改善钢纤维与HDPE基体的“湿润”状态,使复合材料的导电性提高1个多数量级,缺口冲击强度增加35%左右,并使复合体系的流动性明显提高。
The properties of stainless steel fiber (SSF)/HDPE and ABS composites were studied. The experimental results showed that the resistivity of the composites can be reduced more the ten times and the impact strength increased by 35%, resulting from a good improvement of interface state that was caused by the treatment of SSF with surface modified agents ZHX and HZ.
