摘要
用热天平研究了几种煤焦的化学着火时间,发现与环境温度有较明显的联系。并综合煤粒加热的物理着火时间,提出了一个衡量煤在实际锅炉中的燃烧稳定性的指数。
The ignitions of several types of chars were studied by thermogravimetric analysis. The char particles were heated to a certain temperature and then the oxygen was introduced. The time at which the char started to loss weigh significantly was measured and defined as the chemical ignition time. It was found that the chemical ignition time depended on the coal type and the enviorment temperature. An index for the combustion stability was suggested by combining the chemical ignition time with the physical ignition time which was defined as the time used for the heating of the particles to a certain temperature in the furnace. Mathematical analysis showed that the combustion conditions were sometimes more important than the coal type for the combustion stability of the coal in the furnace.
