摘要
从2002年开始,学区督导检查成为加拿大不列颠哥伦比亚省教育督导制度的重要措施和组成部分。文章在概述加拿大教育督导基本情况和不列颠哥伦比亚省督导检查制度背景后,以该省第5学区2005—2006学年督导检查为例,分析整个督导检查实施的情况,介绍该省的督导检查制度,分析其特色及发挥的功用所在,并提出其对我国教育督导实践的几点启示。
The Ministry of Education of British Columbia (Canada) has established the Ministry district review of 20 school districts which have accountability contract. This article is based on the analysis of the District Review Report of School District No.5.which given by the superintendent and chair of the district review team following general introduction of school inspection in Canada and the background of the district review. The author intends to examine the Ministry district review through case-study, and identifies its characteristics,functions, and to offer some enlightenment toward the school inspection practices of our country.
