摘要 脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF),作为神经营养物质的一员,广泛分布于神经系统,在神经元分化、发育、存活中发挥重要作用。肠道各层结构中均大量表达BDNF及其受体。BDNF不仅在肠神经系统发育过程中起着重要作用,还与神经元可塑性调节相关。BDNF参与肠道感染和胃肠动力调节,其机制可能是与其调节肠道感觉和运动神经元的可塑性,并与5-羟色胺、降钙素基因相关肽等因子的相互作用相关。 Brain derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF), widely distributed in the central nervous system (CNS), plays fundamental roles in the differentiation, survival and maintenance of central neurons. In intestinal tract, abundance of BDNF and its receptor protein were found. BDNF not only plays a crucial role in the development of enteric nervous system ( ENS). but also regulates the function of adult visceral sensory and motor neurons. Recently, researchers found that BDNF is involved in the visceral sensation and gastrointestinal motility, and the mechanism of this might be that BDNF could regulate the plastic of ENS and interact with many peptides and factors, such as neurotrophic factor, calcitonin gene related peptide, serotonin and so on.
