浙江省中小企业成长障碍因素实证研究

The Substantial Evidence Research on Small and Medium Enterprises'Growth Obstacle Factors in Zhejiang Province

浙江中小企业已取得长足的发展,在全省经济社会发展中发挥着举足轻重的作用。但在新形势下,从深层次上来探究中小企业的实际成长状况并不容乐观,仍存在一些阻碍企业进一步成长的障碍因素。本文通过运用层次分析法(AHP)进行实证研究,结果表明,阻碍中小企业成长的主要障碍是资金和人才的缺乏。

The small and medium enterprises in Zhejiang province have gained a fast development and are really important for province economic developing. But in the nowadays new trend, it is not positive after the deep investigation on small and medium enterprises＇ practical growth situation. There are some obstacle factors during enterprises＇ growing. This paper gave a substantial evidence research through Analytical Hierar-chy Process. The result shows that the main factors which block small and medium enterprises develop are lack of fund and qualified personnel.
