摘要 知识是企业竞争力和价值的决定性因素之一,知识管理已成为企业管理日益重要的内容。对知识型新创企业而言,知识管理尤为重要。本文就一家新创企业的知识管理进行了较为详尽但又初步的案例分析,涉及企业的知识需求与供给,企业的生产管理与知识管理的关系,企业知识管理的基础设施,知识型企业的文化建设,知识管理的实施与规划等问题。希望对同类企业有所助益。 Knowledge is the one of the key factors of enterprises' competitiveness and value. Knowledge management is becoming more and more important for enterprise managing. The knowledge management is even more important for knowledge-based enterprises. This paper gave a detailed and preliminary research on a new established knowledge-based firm. The research involved the enterprise knowledge demand and supply. the relationship between production management and knowledge management, basic facilities of enterprise knowledge management, the culture environment construction of knowledge-based enterprise, the implementing and designing of knowledge management etc. Hopefully. enterprises of the same kind will find this case study useful.
