摘要
针对传统曝气生物滤池脱氮效率较低的问题,结合重庆市新生镇污水处理示范工程的生产性试验,考察了气水比和间歇曝气方式对折流式曝气生物滤池脱氮除磷效能的影响。试验结果表明:在温度为13~18℃、有机负荷为0.86kg/(m^3·d)、HRT为8h、气水比为5:1及交替间歇曝气(曝气1.0h、停曝1.5h)的条件下,出水COD、NH3-N、TN、TP浓度分别为23.3、10.12、16.30、0.46mg/L,去除率分别为80.5%、47.4%、43.7%、77.0%,出水水质优于《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB18918-2002)的一级B标准。
Aimed at the problem of low nitrogen and phosphorus removal efficiencies in conventional biological aerated filter, the influence of air/water ratio and intermittent aeration mode on nitrogen and phosphorus removal efficiencies in baffled biological aerated filter was investigated in combination with the productive experiment of demonstration project of wastewater treatment in Xinsheng Town of Chongqing City. The results show that under the conditions of temperature 13 to 18 ℃, organic load 0.86 kg/( m^3· d), HRT 8 h, air/water ratio 5 : 1 and intermittent aeration ( aeration 1.0 h and non-aeration 1.5 h), the effluent COD, NH3 -N, TN and TP are 23.3 mg/L, 10.12 mg/L, 16.30 mg/L and 0.46 mg/L respectively, and their removal efficiencies are 80.5%, 47.4%, 43.7% and 77.0% respectively. The effluent quality reaches the I-B criteria specified in the Discharge Stadard of Pollutants for Mu- nicipal Wastewater Treatment Plant ( GB 18918 - 2002).
