破裂的前交通微小动脉瘤3D-CTA诊断与显微手术治疗(附23例报告) 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨3D-CTA对破裂的前交通动脉微小动脉瘤诊断优势和显微手术治疗的要点。方法回顾分析23例前交通微小动脉瘤破裂急诊手术病例,所有病例均行3D-CTA检查确诊并急诊行显微外科手术治疗。结果15例行瘤颈夹闭术,5例连同动脉瘤在内夹闭前交通动脉,3例行动脉瘤壁加固术,所有患者术后随访3~18个月,轻微精神障碍3例,其他恢复良好,无死亡和再出血病例。结论3D-CTA对破裂前交通微小动脉瘤的诊断具有方便、可靠、快捷的优势,早期显微手术治疗可取得良好的治疗效果。
