摘要
开设食品质量与安全专业的主要是非医药类院校。基于通过文献检索、交流、座谈会、问卷调查等形式获得的信息,在考虑了校内外的资料、意见和建议的基础上,结合学校实际,主要从培养目标、培养模式、课程体系建设等方面探讨了医药院校该专业人才培养方案的构建。
Food quality and safety specialty is setup largely in non-medical and pharmic colleges. Based on the colligated information obtained from literatures, communion, discussion and questionnaire,data,opinion and suggestion the article discusses the construction of the training program of food quality and safety specialty in medical and pharmic colleges from the training objectives, training patterns and curriculum system construction.
