摘要
目的:探讨以问题为基础的学习(PBL)在心电图教学中的可行性和有效性。方法:实验组采用PBL教学法,对照组采用传统的讲授法。以考试成绩和自制的问卷调查作为评价方法。结果:在心电图学习结束时的理论成绩和案例分析成绩两组均有差异(t=2.76,P<0.01;t=1.95,P<0.05);学习结束半年后再次考试,两组案例分析成绩有统计学差异(t=1.76,P<0.05);91.2%的学生认为此教学方法很好,能提高学习心电图的兴趣;85.3%认为这种教学法能提高自学能力和分析问题的能力。结论:PBL在心电图教学的近期效果和远期效果都比较理想,绝大部分学生给予充分肯定和赞同。
Objective:Research on the feasibility and the availability of problem-based learning (PBL) for electrocardiogram(ECG). Method:The experiment group received PBL while the control group took completely traditional teaching method. The evaluation approaches included examination,questionnaire. Results:It is significant difference in the theoretical record and case analysis (t= 2.76,P〈0.01;t=1.95,P〈0.05),between the experiment group and control group after learning ECG immediately. The marks gained for case analysis (t=1.76,P〈0.05),by experiment students are significantly higher than those by control students. More than 91.2% students think that PBL is a very good method for their learning and promote their interest in ECG. More than 85.3% students thought that the competence of self-learning and analysis problem will be improved by PBL. Conclusion:The short term effect and forward effect are good by PBL in ECG. The most of students support this new approach of learning.
