摘要
目的:探讨进入临床实习的医学生对基础医学遗忘的程度及对其掌握临床知识的影响。方法:随机抽取桂林医学院三年级和五年级医学生各100名通过同一套包括20对题目的问卷进行测试。每对题目包括1道基础知识问题和1道临床知识问题,且二者相关联,比较两组成绩。结果:三年级组基础问题成绩优于临床问题成绩(P<0.05),五年级组临床问题成绩优于基础问题成绩(P<0.05);两组临床问题成绩与基础问题成绩均呈正相关关系(三年级组r=0.814,五年级组r=0.937);三年级组的基础问题成绩显著优于五年级组(P<0.05),两组临床问题平均成绩无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:①基础知识的掌握程度与解决临床问题的能力呈正相关。②进入临床实习阶段的医学生遗忘的基础医学知识较多。
Objective:To explore the interns' degree of lost basic science and the influence on studying clinical knowledge. Method:Medical students attending the third (n=100) and the fifth (n=100) of medical studies selected randomly from the Guilin Medical School were given the same test composed of 20 pairs of questions and each pair contains one basic and one clinical question which were correlative. The scores of the two groups were compared. Result:Third year students scored significantly higher in basic than clinical questions (P〈0.05). While fifth year students scored significantly higher in clinical than basic questions (P〈0.05). Third year students scored significantly higher in clinical questions than fifth year students(P〈0.05). There were no significant difference in clinical questions between the two groups (P〉0.05). Conclusion:There is a positive relationship between mastery of basic knowledge and the ability of dealing with clinical problems. Quite a few basic knowledge of medical students is lost when they begin clinical practice.
