特发性血小板减少性紫癜患者性激素与T亚群水平的观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨体内性激素与T亚群水平改变在特发性血小板减少性紫癜发病中的作用。方法用全自动化学发光分析仪检测性激素水平,用流式细胞术检测T细胞亚群。结果女性ITP患者体内睾酮水平与正常对照组比较明显减低,其与CD4/CD8比值存在正相关。而男性ITP者与对照组相比各类激素水平均无差异。结论性激素中睾酮水平减低可能是女性ITP的发病因素,可能是通过T细胞水平紊乱起作用。 Objective To observe the contribution of the gonadal hormone and the T lymphocyte subpopulation level to the etiopatbogenisis of idiopathic tbrombocytopenic purpura. Methods The level of gonadal hormone in serum was detected with automatic chemiluminescence analyzer and the T lymphocyte subpopulation level with flow cytometry. Results The serumal testosterone level in female ITP patients was obviously degraded compared with the control group, and it showed positive correlation with the specific value of CD4/CDS. But for other gonadal hormones, no difference was found between male patients and the control group. Conclutions The decrease of the testosterone level may be an etiologic factor in female ITP. The contribution of decreased testosterone level to female ITP may through the derangement of the T lymphocyte subpopulation level.
