CD4+CD25+调节性T细胞与T细胞的稳态增殖 被引量:6

摘要 在淋巴细胞减少的情况下,T细胞群体可通过稳态增殖机制维持自身的数量,但其组成却可能发生改变,导致免疫系统的保护性能力降低而自身反应能力增强。CD4+CD25+调节性T细胞可控制T细胞的稳态增殖,在抑制自身免疫性疾病的发生和诱导移植免疫耐受中发挥重要的调节作用。本文对CD4+CD25+调节性T细胞与T细胞的稳态增殖及其相关性方面作一综述。
