巨噬细胞炎性蛋白-1α在多发性骨髓瘤发病机制中的作用

巨噬细胞炎性蛋白-1α(MIP-1α)是一种C-C趋化因子,由骨髓瘤细胞产生,通过剂量依赖性途经直接刺激破骨细胞形成和分化,刺激浆细胞的增殖、迁移和存活,促进骨髓瘤细胞与骨髓基质细胞之间的粘附作用,增加核因子-κB受体活化因子配体和白细胞介素-6的表达。MIP-1α蛋白水平在多发性骨髓瘤患者骨髓浆中较高,并与疾病的分期及活动状况有关。本文就MIP-1α的生物学特性、生物学效应及其在多发性骨髓瘤中的作用作一综述。
