宋代京畿制度变迁论略

The Conspectus of Changes about Jingji Systerm in Song Dynasty

宋代京畿制度复杂多变。宋太祖、太宗、真宗三朝称开封府界,仁宗皇、至和之际曾一度改为京畿路,徽宗朝时而置京畿路、时而恢复开封府界;南宋以临安府所辖9县为京畿。北宋对京畿管理体制出现了开封府界路级特区,南宋以临安府长官充任浙西路安抚使兼兵马钤辖,管理京畿、京师和朝廷事务,已形成了路总管府的管理体制。这一体制对元朝"大都路总管府"制度产生了重要影响。

The Jingji management of the Song Dynasty was complicated and versatile. In the Tai Zu,Tai Zong and Zhen Zong periods of Song Dynasty the management was instituted as Kaifeng Fujie, and then it evolved in- to the Jingji Lu in Huang You and Zhi He years of Ren Zong period. But it alternated between Jingji Lu and Kaifeng Fujie in the Hui Zong period of Song Dynasty. In Southern Song Dynasty Jingji included the couties ruled by the Lin＇an prefecture. Kaifeng Fujie as the special administration at the Lu level appeared in Northern Song Dynasty, but in the Southern Song Dynasty the administrative official of Lin＇an Fu acted as Zhixi Lu An Fu Shi and Bing Ma Qian Xia. Therefore the practice became a management system gradually and it had a great effect or impact on incorporating the system of Da Du Lu Zong Guan Fu.
