灰色系统理论方法是目前体育领域发展最快的方法之一,本文采用这一理论方法对高校体育师资构成要素进行了分析。由于使用了最优对象作对比,因此该方法具有一定的先进性和客观性,可用于高校体育师资综合评价工作。

Grey Systemic is one of quickest method in the physical field, through using this method, this paper analyze talent with the other target of P· E teacher in University, So this method is advanced and objective in Some factor, being used for evaluation in quality on physical Education teacher in university.
