摘要
本课题通过共聚、交联反应两种手段研究纳米SiO2对PMMA透明性的影响。用MMA与St共聚到一定的时候,然后加入交联剂二乙烯苯与SiO2交联固化,通过改变单体组分的比例和交联剂二乙烯苯的百分含量,使其达到要求。结果表明:改性后其力学性能与热学性能都有所提高,同时其光学性能基本没有下降。
The problem passes the copolymerization, the cross-linked reaction two kinds means impact of SiO2 studying nanometer over PMMA transparency. Using MMA and St copolymerization to arrive at when certain, adding and then cross-linked agent two ethenes benzenes and cross-linked solidification of SiO2, makes the person reach a request by the proportion changing the monomer component and two ethene benzene 100 marks cross-linked agent content. Result was indicated: whose mechanics function and thermotics function all improve to some extent after changing nature, whose optical quality does not come down at the same time basically.
