电针少泽穴治疗产后缺乳46例临床观察

Clinical Observation on the Effect of Electro-acupuncture at Shaoze (SI 1) for Insufficient Lactation after Delivery

目的评价电针少泽穴治疗产后缺乳的临床疗效,探讨电针对不同证型、不同年龄患者的影响。方法选取产后缺乳患者92例,随机分为治疗组46例,对照组46例。治疗组电针双侧少泽穴,对照组电针双侧商阳穴。均5次为1个疗程,共治疗2个疗程,并随访1个月。结果治疗组总有效率100%,对照组为69.6%,两组比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.01)。对于不同证型、不同年龄的患者,治疗组在提高泌乳量、维持催乳素水平方面均明显优于对照组,两组比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论电针少泽穴治疗产后缺乳临床疗效显著。

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of electro-acupuncture at Shaoze （SI 1） on insufficiency of lactation after delivery and study further its influence on different syndromes and different ages of patients with insufficient lactation. Methods The 92 cases of insufficient lactation after delivery were selected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 46 cases in each. The treatment group was treated by electro-acupuncture at Shaoze （SI 1） of both sides and the control group by electro-acupuncture at Shangyang （LI 1） of both sides. Both groups were treated 2 courses, 5 times of treatment as one course, and followed up for one month. Results The total effective rate of treatment group and control group was 100% and 69. 6% respectively, with significant difference （P〈0. 01）. For the different syndromes and different ages of patients, the lactation increase and prolactin maintaining of treatment group were obviously better than that of control group, the difference was significant （P〈0. 01）. Conclusion The effect of electro-acupuncture at Shaoze （SI 1） for insufficiency of lactation after delivery was obviously good.
