摘要
利用铜模吸铸法制备了直径为3mm的(Cu50Zr42Al8)98(Cr2Ni)2块状非晶合金圆棒。在拴-盘磨擦试验机上对该非晶合金的磨擦磨损性能作了测试,得出,在滑动速度增大的过程中,其磨损机理由轻微摩损向严重磨损转变,在滑动速度低于1.0m/s下,该非晶合金表现出良好的耐磨性。
The amorphous alloy rods with a diameter of 3.0 mm of (Cu50Zr4Al8)98(Cr2Ni)2 were prepared by copper mold with sucking casting method. The friction and the wear properties of (Cu50Zr4Al8)98(Cr2Ni)2 bulk amorphous alloy were tested by using the pin-on-disc friction tester. The results show that, with the increase of sliding speed, the wear mechanism changes fi'om light wear to serious wear, and the amorphous alloy shows the better wear-resistence when the speed is below 1.0 m/s.
