摘要
热扩渗工艺是材料表面强化领域的研究热点之一,根据渗剂在工作温度下的物质形态的不同,热扩渗工艺可分为固体热扩渗、液体热扩渗、气体热扩渗、等离子体热扩渗和复合热扩渗。本文论述热扩渗几种工艺的研究应用及进展,特别是对稀土元素在热扩渗工艺中的重要作用进行了分析,并对热扩渗工艺的发展趋势进行了探讨。
The thermal diffusion process is one of the research hotspots in the realm of materials surface strengthening. According to different material states of the penetrating agent in working temperature, the thermal diffusion process can be divided into solid thermal diffusion, liquid thermal diffusion, gas thermal diffusion, plasma thermal diffusion and compound thermal diffusion. Research application and progress about the thermal diffusion process were discoursed, especially, the important effect of rare earth element in the thermal diffusion process was analyzed, and the development trend of the thermal diffusion process was also discussed.
