摘要 用ANSYS10.0有限元分析软件,建立免耕播种机开沟圆盘淬火过程的数学物理模型,对圆盘水冷、油冷、空冷的温度场和应力场进行模拟分析,确定了该零件的最佳淬火工艺方案。 The mathematics and physical model of quenching process for the no-till planter disc opener was established by ANSYS 10.0 analysis soft-ware. The temperature field and stress field of the disc opener at water cooling, oil cooling and air coaling was analyzed. It is defined that the oil is the best quenching medium.
