摘要
利用有限元分析软件ANSYS对CrMn钢圆刀片改进前后两种不同淬火工艺进行了模拟仿真,获得了较满意的应力场模拟结果,为工艺改进提供了有力的佐证,同时对其淬火工艺及后续消除残余应力工艺的制定都具有一定的参考价值和指导意义。
Two kinds of different quenching processes before and after improvement for the circular shear blade of CrMn steel were simulated by finite element software ANSYS, and satisfying results of computer simulation for the stress field were obtained. The results are a great help to improving processes, and it provides valuable reference and guidance for the design of the quenching process and the following processing steps to reduce the residual stress.
