纳氏光度法现场快速测定环境水中的氨氮 被引量:3

摘要 研究在纳氏试荆光度法(GB7479-1987)的基础上,利用便携式分光光度计进行环境水质样品中氨氮含量的现场快速测定。氨氮浓度在0.00~2.00mg/L与吸光度呈良好的线性关系,线性相关系数r=0.9998,检出限为0.04mg/L,样品的加标回收率为90%~106%,测定结果的相对标准偏差为1.21%-4.27%(n=6)。该方法的测定结果与标准法测定结果无显著性差异,可以用于现场快速测定水和废水中的氨氮。 On the basis of the Nessler' s reagent colorlmetric method ( GB 7479 - 1987 ), fast determining the content of am- monia nitrogen in the environmental water by using the portable spectrophotometer at the scene was studied. In the range of 0.00 - 2. 00 mg/L ammonia nitrogen concentration was linear with the absorbance, and linear relation coefficient was 0.9998. The detection lim- it was 0.04 mg/L and recoveries were 90% - 106%. The RSD of detection results was 1.21% -4.27% (n =6). There was no notable difference between the method results and standard methods results. The method can be used for fast determination of ammonia nitrogen in water and waste water at the scene.
