摘要
介绍标准物质的概念,食品标准物质的重要性、种类、现状及其研制过程。提出了我国食品安全中有毒(害)物标准物质研制应从3大范围入手,全方位展开,建立并健全我国食品安全中有毒(害)物标准物质体系的设想。
The concept of reference material, importance, category, actuality and development process of food reference material were introduced. Chinese food reference material should be sampled from three aspects, developed in all -round way. Then a Chinese food reference material system can be constructed and perfected.
