摘要 目的探讨电话回访对心脏瓣膜置换术患者遵医行为的影响。方法对我院160例心脏瓣膜置换术患者分为两组,实验组出院后进行电话回访式健康教育,比较两组患者遵医行为。结果实验组在正确服药率、遵循饮食原则率和功能锻炼率、主动咨询率、按时复诊率方面都优于对照组。结论电话回访方便、经济、快捷,是患者易于接受的一种健康教育方式,它满足了患者的健康需求,帮助患者提高遵医行为的自觉性,增进了护患关系,是提高随访率的有力保证,并使整体护理质量得到了进一步提高。 Objective To explore the effect of telephone follow - up on the compliance of patients with valve replacement. Methods 160 patients with valve replacement were divided into two groups. The patients in the experimental group received telephone follow - up service after discharge. Then, the patients ' compliance was compared between experimental group and control group. Results The patients' compliance with medication, diet and exercise, active consultation and compliance with routine further consultation in experimental group were better than that of control group. Conclusion Telephone follow - up is a convenient and economic means of health education, which not only can meet the patients' health needs and improve patients' compliance, but also can facilitate nurse - client relationship,ensure patients ' further consultation and improve the quality of holistic nursing.
