稀土铅钙合金阳极膜的电化学性能研究 被引量:6

摘要 采用电化学阻抗谱(EIS)和光电化学方法对比研究了稀土铅钙合金和普通铅钙合金在0.9V,4.5mol/L硫酸溶液中所形成的阳极腐蚀膜的电化学和光电化学性能,同时利用X射线光电子光谱(XPS)对比分析了两种合金阳极膜的组成。结果表明:稀土可使铅钙合金阳极膜中Pb2+化合物含量减少,缺陷增加,阻抗降低,有利于消除早期容量损失(PCL)现象。 EIS and photoelectrochemical measurement were used to investigate the electrochemical and photoelectrochemical performance of the anodic films formed on Pb-Ca alloys with and without Re,which formed in 4.5M H2SO4 solution at potential 0.9V. XPS was used to analysis the structure of the film. The results showed that the addition of Re to the alloy might decrease the amount of compounds of Pb^2+ , while increase defects in the anodic films which is beneficial to remove the phenomena of the premature capacitance loss.
