摘要
分析了蒸压反应釜腐蚀的原因;通过对比试验研究了各种防腐方法及效果,最终确定电弧喷涂铝复合涂层可解决反应釜的腐蚀;计算了该复合涂层的寿命,结果显示,反应釜采用复合涂层可提高服务寿命1倍以上,节约钢材约20%.
The corrosion cause of an autoclave for steam curing of aeroconcrete was analyzed in the paper,with the aim at obtaining anticorrosion meaeures. Meanwhile, the effectiveness of various anticorrosion methods were evaluated. The validity of arc spray aluminum coating with post sealing was proved to be suitable to solve the corrosion problem. The service life of the ocating was estimated. The results showed that by applying such coating the life time of the autoclave may be extended one fold at least.
