摘要
以攀枝花某电厂循环冷却水阻垢缓蚀剂的复配为例,从缓蚀阻垢剂成分的确定、配方的筛选,以及选定配方的动态稳定、污垢热阻试验.得出了以阻垢为主的有机膦低磷系列的高效、环保、低处理费用的缓蚀阻垢剂DS-5(90mg/L).配方在运行2个月内的阻垢率在85%、缓蚀率在80%以上,污垢热阻稳定在0.32×10-4m2·h·℃/kJ,达到国家标准.与原有配方相比,处理后冷却水含磷(PO52-计)由8mg/L降为4mg/L,年处理费用降低23%.
A new organic phosphorous corrosion inhibitor DS-5 (90 mg/L)was synthesized by the author, which was characterized with low phosphor containing, environmental friendly, high efficiency in corrosion and scaling inhibition, as well as low cost in operation. By a two month trial test with the inhihifor in a circulating water loop, it follows that its scaling inhibition effciency reaches 80% and corrosion inhibition ef- ficiency reaches above 80%. As a result, the heat resistance of the scale on the steel surface keeps around 0.32×10^-4m^2·h·℃/kJ ,which is in accordance with the relevant national standards.
