摘要
目的探讨射频消融(RFA)治疗子宫肌瘤的临床疗效。方法采用RFA治疗子宫肌瘤392例,治疗后3、6、12个月行B超检查观察子宫肌瘤缩小情况,比较治疗前后的临床表现。结果RFA治疗3、6、12个月瘤体明显缩小,月经过多,贫血,痛经等临床症状得到改善,总有效率95.9%,治愈率57.1%。结论RFA治疗子宫肌瘤后肌瘤明显萎缩,与肌瘤相关的临床症状明显改善。
EAbstract] Objective To explore the efficacy of clinical application （RFA） of radio frequency ablation in uterine my- omas. Methods 392 cases of uterine myomas accepting RFA were analyzed. All patients were followed up 3,6,12 months with B ultrasonography. The size of uterine myomas and the related symptoms before and after treatment were observed. Results The size of the myomas decreased significantly 3,6,12 months after RFA. The symptoms such as menorrhagia, anemia and menalgia also improved obviously, with an overall effective rate of 95.9% and cure rate of 57. 1%. Conclusion RFA can cause obvious reduction of size of the myomas and relieves the related symptoms.
