本文根据市场经济发展的特点,论述了在市场经济条件下建立企业管理信息系统(EMIS)中的两个应引起各级领导重视的问题,即:建立EMIS必须加强管理,强调计划性,它是建立EMIS的成功保障。二是建立EMIS时必须加强审计。这是实现国有企业改革,加快我国市场经济发展、建设适应市场经济体制要求的重要步骤之一。

Here are discussed,in light ofcharacteristics of market economy development,the two problems concened in establishing enter-prises management information systems(EMIS)under market economy conditions or strengthen-ing administration-security for success in estab-lishing EMIS and necessity of strengthening am-ination of financial statements and amendmentsin establishing the above systems,which is sig-nificant steps in speeding up development of ourmarket economy and establishing EMIS to suitmarket economy systems.
