摘要
介绍了ESL乳的国内外生产技术,包括原料乳的质量标准,产品的加工方法,灌装,包装和货架期等,着重介绍了ESL乳生产中的加工方法,包括膜过漶、离心除菌、充填CO_2等技术,并且展望了ESL乳在中国的发展前景以及可能存在的问题。
This paper is an introduction to the manufacturing technology about ESL milk, namely the raw milk quality standard, the processing method, the filling technology, the packaging technology, the product shelf life and so forth. The primary focus is the process method of ESL milk with membrane filtration, centrifuging bacterium and adding CO2. This paper also prospected the development foreground of ESL milk and the likely co-existed problems.
