职校生和青年就业人员职业素质及价值观调查研究

Investigation Study on the Vocational Quality and Values View of Vocational School Students and Young Employment Personnel

调查显示,当前用人单位对青年从业人员的职业道德和工作态度要求最强,通用能力次之,专业岗位技能再次之。目前青年学生及从业者的职业素质及价值观与用人单位的要求还有较大差距,特别是自信心、诚信等方面。建议:进一步加强对青年职业道德和工作态度的培养;在培养通用能力与素质方面要加强培养分享和自信;积极开展创业教育和培训;加强青年职业规划;采用多种形式开展校内外的职业道德和工作态度教育。

Investigation show that, nowadays, the most important traits of young working staff required by employment unit are vocational morality and working attitude, the second is generality ability, and the third is specialty post skills, but there exist big gap between present level of vocational quality and value view of young students and working staff and the demand of employment unit, particularly in the aspects of confidence and honesty. The suggestions are： further strengthening the cultivation of vocational morality and working attitude of young people; reinforcing to cultivate the traits of share and confidence; actively developing entrepreneurship education and training; enhancing vocational planning of youth; adopting various modes to deploy vocational morality and working attitude education outside and inside school.
