On Socialization Management of Vocational and Continuing Education for Peasants

农民的职继教育有其自身的特殊性,表现在:学习内容直接面对就业市场,注重实用;学习形式灵活多变,不脱产不离乡。传统的职业教育要适应这一发展趋势,必须改革体制、机制,引进"社会化经营"理念,积极探索"社会化经营"的各种模式。

Vocational＇ education and continuing education for peasants has its own peculiarities, this peculiarities show in some aspects： learning content directly facing to the employment market, emphasis on practice, flexible and diverse forms of learning, not leaving their land. To adapt to this development trend, traditional vocational education must reform its system and mechanism, introduce the concept of socialization management,actively explore different models of socialization management.
